afrol News, 10 July - South African authorities have been called to reverse plans to develop housing projects on the banks of Kamfers Dam outside the Northern cape capital of Kimberley, fearing it will threaten the only breeding population of Lesser Flamingos Phoeniconaias minor in the country.

Ghana Technology | Economy - Development Vodafone to seal US$ 960m Ghana deal
afrol News, 2 July - The world's largest mobile phone service provider by sales, Vodafone, is at the brink of sealing a US$ 960 million deal with the government of Ghana today. Under the deal, Ghana government will sell 66.7 percent of Ghana Telecom's shares to the world mobile giant.
