Mali Society | Health Mali finds no good way to boost health services
afrol News / IRIN, 11 April - Mali is one of the deadliest places to live as thousands of mostly children and mothers die every week from diseases that could be prevented with minimal funds. In 1990, authorities decentralised access to healthcare, but the scheme was found 10 years later to have failed as people do not visit the health centres.
