South Africa Economy - Development | Politics SA’s consumer price increased for January afrol News, 25 February - The Consumer Price Index (CPI) in South Africa had seen a marginally rise to 6.2 percent in January, according to the government agency, Statistics South Africa (Stats SA).In its announcement made yesterday, Stats SA said on average, the prices had increased by 0.3 percent between December 2009 and January 2010.
